  • User: Refers to individuals or entities accessing or using the Service.

  • Driver: Refers to individuals or entities providing transportation or delivery services through the Gtonia platform.

  • Platform: Refers to the Gtonia website, mobile app, and associated technologies.

3. User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Do not misuse the platform or interfere with its functionality.

4. Driver Obligations

  • Drivers must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and permits as required by local laws.

  • Ensure that vehicles used for services are in good working condition.

  • Provide services in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.

5. Payment and Fees

  • Users agree to pay all charges associated with the services requested through the platform.

  • Gtonia may collect a commission or service fee from Drivers for each completed trip.

  • Prices are subject to change at Gtonia’s discretion.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel a service request before the Driver accepts the request.

  • Cancellations after acceptance may incur fees.

  • Drivers may cancel requests under specific circumstances (e.g., safety concerns).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and software on the Gtonia platform are the property of Gtonia or its licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

  • Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users and Drivers may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Use the platform to harm others.

  • Circumvent payment systems or create multiple accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Gtonia is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

  • We are not responsible for disputes between Users and Drivers.

11. Termination

  • Gtonia reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for violations of these terms.

  • Users may terminate their accounts by contacting customer support.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration in accordance with the laws 

  • Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • Gtonia reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
